Refund & Returns Policy

We’re a small kitchen with a big heart — and every jar that goes out is packed with love, care, and flavour. That said, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better. 

 

We don’t accept returns 

Since our products are food items, we’re unable to take them back once delivered. It’s a hygiene thing, and we hope you understand. 

 

But we do offer refunds or replacements if: 

  • The product arrived damaged or broken 
  • The wrong item was sent 
  • Your jar was missing from the order 
  • There’s a genuine quality issue 

Just write to us at support@mygrindhaus.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include: 

Your order number and “Refunds or Replacements” as the subject 

A clear photo of the product and packaging 

A quick note about what went wrong 

We promise to review it quickly and do our best to sort it out. If approved, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever works better for you. Refund? Replacement will be processed in 7-14 days.

Things we can’t refund 

We can’t offer refunds for: 

  • Tastes and textures you didn’t vibe with (flavour is personal, and we don’t use artificial stuff) 
  • Delays caused by the courier service 
  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery 
  • Orders where the shipping address or contact info was incorrect
