Shipping Policy

We get it — when you order a jar of GrindHaus goodness, you want it fresh, fast, and safe. That’s why we pack and ship every order with care, using sturdy materials and trusted partners to make sure your jars reach you in one piece. 

 Where we ship 

We currently ship only within India. 

Whether you’re in Chennai or Chandigarh, we’ll get it to you — one delicious jar at a time. 

How we pack and ship 

All orders are shipped via DTDC Courier, a reliable partner we’ve chosen for their wide reach and consistent service. 

We use custom-fit corrugated boxes, secure jar sleeves, and eco-friendly cushioning to keep your jars safe in transit. 

Every box is double-checked before dispatch to make sure it’s sealed, labelled, and ready to roll. 

 

 Dispatch timeline 

Orders are packed and shipped from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). 

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. 

You’ll get a tracking link via email and/or SMS as soon as your order ships. 

Delivery timelines 

Once shipped, delivery usually takes: 

2–5 business days to most metro cities 

5–8 business days for smaller towns or remote locations 

We do our best to get your order to you quickly, but final delivery times depend on DTDC’s network and service in your area. 

Tracking your order 

We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can keep an eye on your parcel as it travels from our kitchen to your doorstep. 

Something not right? 

If your order hasn’t arrived on time, or if the package looks damaged, drop us an email at support@mygrindhaus.com with your order number and a quick note. We’ll look into it right away and make it right.
