Good when you want something spicy, indulgent but still homemade healthy. I add a little to sautéed vegetables and it does the job.
I started using this instead of regular ghee podi. Works really well with dosa and even mixed into veggies when I’m short on time.
Has a nice warmth to it without being harsh. I’ve used it on rice (this was a bit different) and also stirred into noodles for a podi nitty kick
