At GrindHaus, we use traditional stone grinders instead of high-speed machines. This isn’t just nostalgia — it’s science. Stone grinding runs cooler, preserving heat-sensitive nutrients and delicate aromas that get destroyed in commercial processing. That’s why our sauces taste deeper, our spreads feel creamier, and our nut butters pack so much roasted richness.

Because we grind in small batches over 40–60 minutes, we get natural oil release without needing added fats or thickeners. It’s the reason our peanut butters don’t taste waxy, our stir-fry bases don’t separate, and our spreads stay spoonable even without artificial emulsifiers. It’s a slower way — but a better one.

Shelf-Stable Convenience 

No fridge needed before opening. 
All GrindHaus products are naturally shelf-stable — made without preservatives, packed in airtight glass jars, and tested for stability at ambient Indian kitchen conditions. That means you can store them in your pantry without worry, until you pop the seal. 

After opening, refrigerate to keep it fresh. 
While our jars are safe at room temp before opening, we recommend refrigeration after opening to preserve flavour, texture, and shelf life — especially for products like Chili & Seed, which must be refrigerated once opened. Just keep the jar clean and dry, and let your fridge do the rest.
